1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website technomediatrade.com (the “Site”) and purchasing products or services through our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase from us.

The Site and the online store are operated by Technomediatrade (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company operating in Beirut, Lebanon.

3. Use of the Site

• You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using our Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

4. Online Store and Purchases

• By placing an order through our online store, you are offering to purchase a product or service on and subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.  
• The prices displayed on the Site are in USD and do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which will be added to your total order price.  
• Payment must be received by us before your order is processed and shipped. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site.
• All descriptions of products and services are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We attempt to be as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

• Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our online store pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, prepare derivative works based on, republish, transmit, or otherwise use any of the content on our Site without our prior written consent.  

8. User Content (If Applicable)

• If our Site allows you to post comments, reviews, or other content (“User Content”), you are solely responsible for your User Content.
• By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.  
• You represent and warrant that your User Content is accurate, does not violate these Terms, and will not cause injury to any person or entity. We reserve the right to remove or edit any User Content at our sole discretion.  

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Our Site and all content, products, and services offered through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.  
• We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.  

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Technomediatrade and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your purchase of products or services, or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.  
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or purchase of products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific product or service in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Technomediatrade and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your User Content.  

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Beirut, Lebanon, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.  

13. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products or services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.  

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.  

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Technomediatrade with respect to your use of the Site and your purchase of products or services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
